Description of the Service
Each user has an account with which it can:

• publish events (festival, conference, given of price, etc…),
• search and consult the events,
• add a place (shop, company, room of festival, etc…),
• search and consult a place,
• publish an opportunity (sale, hiring, employment, etc…),
• search and consult an opportunity.

The user has the possibility of operating changes only on what he itself added. He has the possibility thus of:

• to modify, defer or cancel an event,
• to modify the products or services of a place, to add or modify the business hours of a place, to remove a place
• to modify or remove an opportunity,
• etc…

Each event, place, or opportunity added has a comment windows where any user can intervene in the discussion.
The user has the possibility of adding an event to his diary. He to him will thus be recalled by notification the day before and the day of the event. In addition it will be also notified of each modification operated on this event.
The user has the possibility of adding a place to his favourite places. He will be able to thus find very easily this place without needing to go on the map. He will be also notified of each modification operated on this place.
The user has the possibility of adding an opportunity to his notepad. He will be able to thus find very easily this opportunity. He will be also notified of each modification operated on this opportunity.
Any functionality related to our service will be automatically subjected to the present conditions and policies of use except specific contrary mention.

TERMS AND POLICIES OF USE

This contract defines the general terms governing the use of the service LOCALIZER (hereafter called LOCALIZER) and with the users of LOCALIZER i.e. natural person or single morals (hereafter called “User (S)”)

Adhesion
Registration with the Service
To reach the Service, the User will have to follow a process of registration online. At the time of registration will be in particular asked an identity (name and first name), an e-mail, the country, a password. The User must ensure the confidentiality of his password and will be only responsible for the activities occurred or carried out through his password. The User commits himself informing without delay and written to the support of LOCALIZER of any use not - authorized of his password or any other violation of the security. The User can modify his identity only once but it does not have the possibility of removing its account, it must thus be completely conscious of any act which it poses on the platform.

Suppression by LOCALIZER
By its capacity as regulator, LOCALIZER can be caused to:

• to remove the contents (event, place or opportunity) added by a User if these content were signalized a certain number of times,
• to remove the account of a User in case of non-observance of these General terms and Policies of Use, in case of illicit character of Content and in the case of a pseudonym containing abusive terms, defamatory, violent ones, obscene or more generally of the inappropriate terms.

The User accepts expressly that LOCALIZER under certain conditions and without preventing it, can immediately definitively stop the access to the service to his account. LOCALIZER reserves the right to remove an account after analysis of the possible problems without prejudging responsibility for the User and could not be held responsible for the consequences of such a suppression in particular with regard to the difficulties relating to the conservation and the data storage. Moreover, the User recognizes that during a removal of the access to the Service, in particular for the reasons indicated above, LOCALIZER could not be held responsible towards the User or any other for the suppression for an account or access to the Service.
The User engages with:

• To inform without delay the support of LOCALIZER of content in illicit matter, of which it could be aware, in particular as regards Content;
• To inform the support of LOCALIZER in case of violation of the preceding ones General terms of Use;
• To inform without delay the support of LOCALIZER in case of complaint or actions third concerning the contents;
• To answer as soon as possible any information request on behalf of LOCALIZER in case of litigation.

Rules and obligations relating to the contents and the behavior
Problems of the contents
The responsibility for any information, data, text, drawing, photography, message or any other contents (called Contents hereafter) falls to the person who created or who publishes these Contents.  This implies that it is the User and not LOCALIZER which is entirely responsible for all the contents that it publishes, transmits or puts to provision by the application. LOCALIZER does not control the Contents published via and thus does not guarantee the veracity, the integrality or the quality of such Contents. In no case and in no way, LOCALIZER could be held responsible for some Contents that it is. The User recognizes and agrees to assume the risks:

• associated with the use of these Contents,
• to regard these Contents as Exhaustive, veracious or useful

LOCALIZER will be able (and sometimes will have) to refuse, move or remove the Contents which are placed at the disposal via the Service, if the contents would be obviously illicit and on request for legal withdrawal. LOCALIZER will be able thus in particular to withdraw very Contained which would violate the Conditions and Policy of Use and/or which could be regarded as obviously illicit. The User recognizes and accepts that LOCALIZER can preserve the accused Contents and communicate it according to the legal and lawful requirements or so in all good faith, such a conservation and such a communication was to prove to be necessary:

• with the respect of any legal procedure;
• with the application of the Conditions and Policy of Use;
• with the treatment of very felt sorry for about Content violating the rights of the third parties;
• with the protection of the rights, property or security even of LOCALIZER, its users or his public.

The User recognizes that technical operation and the transfer of the Service including Content of each user can imply:

• transmissions through several networks;
• modifications to conform, adapt to the technical constraints of the networks and implied equipment.

Commitment of “Good behavior”
Without this list of commitment not being able to be regarded as exhaustive, the User declares that it:

• will not publish and will not return available Content which are illegal, degrading, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, torturing, obscene, libelous, intrusive in the private life of others, heinous, source of abuse or harassing or which is shocking racialement, ethnically or for any other reason;
• will not publish, will not download or will not transmit Contents that the law contractual or fiduciary do not enable them to transmit (such as information internal at a company or relating to the intellectual property or deprived or confidential information received or communicated within the framework of industrial relationships or being the object of clause of confidentiality);
• will violate in a disposed way or not, no law in force and that it is at the regional level, national or international;
• did not interfere or will not block the Service, the waiters or the networks connected to the Service and will not miss with any constraint, procedure, policy or rule relating to the networks connected to the Service;
• will not provide any instruction on illegal activities just as he will not promote of it, he will not give any information about the weapons (manufacturing of the bombs, grenades and other explosive devices); it will not encourage with the ill-treatment and attacks of any group or any individual, just as it will not encourage with cruelty towards the animals;
• will respect the service offering to which he subscribed and will not go beyond its prerogatives for example while trying to use the tools (hacking) to which he does not have access;
• will not use the Service beyond the selected options for example to reach features which it does not have the right to use;
• will not canvass other Members with an aim of promoting subscription-based services. In particular, the prostitution is formally prohibited on the Application;
• not to make publicity or of incentive of some kind that is to be used any other competitor service or not and not to make a concerning offence unfair competition;
• will not make an automated use of the system without written agreement of LOCALIZER.

LOCALIZER will be able to remove any account user without warning in the event of violation of the provisions above.

Compensation
The User is only responsible for his activities on the Service and in particular for the costs of Internet access. The User agrees to compensate LOCALIZER for all the losses and the expenditure incurred in the event of complaint or claim initiated by any third because of the Contents published by the User on his account, of his use of the Service, his connection to the service and the violation of these Conditions and Policies of Use or of the violation of all other right of others.

Resale of the service
The User avoids reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting whole or part of the Service, the use of the Service or the access to the Service without the preliminary and written fast authorization LOCALIZER.

Modification of the Application
LOCALIZER reserves the right to make to its application all the modifications and improvements which she will consider necessary or useful to the present Conditions and Policies of Use.
The features and/or characteristic of the application and the related services are evolutionary there.
LOCALIZER reserves the right, constantly, to launch new services but also, without notice and with its whole discretion, to remove or modify whole or part of the features, characteristics, topics and/or services of the Application and will thus not be responsible for the damage of any nature being able to occur of this fact.

Applicable duty
The Conditions and Policies of Use constitute a total agreement between LOCALIZER and the use of the Service by the users and prevails on any former agreement between LOCALIZER and its users (including without that not being restrictive on any previous version of the Conditions and Policies of Use). If a condition of the Conditions and Policies of Use were regarded as worthless, null and void or invalid, the parts are appropriate nevertheless that the litigious clause is interpreted by taking account of the common intention of the parts, the nullity of a clause not affecting any the validity of the Conditions and Policies of Use. In the event of translation of the Conditions and Policies of Use, only the versions Frenchwoman and English are valid and applicable.
